Troubleshooting Your Splash Connectivity

If you are having errors with your splash page and cannot resolve them, please carry out the following checks and pass the information to support:

You must be connected to the splash network when running these tests.

Step 1. The IP of your device while connected to your SSID. Ensure this is in the same range as your splash page. 


Step 2. Send the full URL you're redirected to. It will look like this:
http://app.my-wifi.co/?res=notyet&uamip=10.255.252.1&uamport=3990&challenge=xxx&called=BB-86-33-49-90-55&mac=AC-DD-CC-7E-B9-A4&ip=10.255.252.2&ssid=Cucumber&nasid=123&sessionid=5696f18100000001


Step 3. If you're on mac or linux or have curl installed
