If you're seeing a brand mismatch error page when you try and load the splash pages, like this:
This means you're being redirected to a page with a url that does not match your account brand. For example, if you have set up your brand to be "Hot Stuff", you should be redirect to "hot-stuff.my-wifi.co"
If you are using a CT box, this is taken care for you automatically.
If you are using a third party device, you will need make sure you are redirecting to the right url.
