Troubles With DrayTek

If you are having issues getting the CT system to work, and you have DrayTek equipment (i.e. firewall, router etc) within your network, please confirm that you have gone through the following ports document and allowed access:

If you are still having issues after opening access for these ports, some users have reported that making the following changes in their DrayTek has resolved them:

  • Accept Large Incoming Fragmented UDP or ICMP Packets - Enabled
  • Strict Security Firewall - Disabled
