Recovering a Lost Device or Account

We have set up a procedure to help you recover lost accounts that might still have devices added to them.

Before contacting us to recover an account, please ensure that you have completed both a Brand Recovery and Password Reset.

If you can’t log in and you don’t receive an email when trying to recover your account, you can do the following:

  • Send us the MAC of the devices within that location
  • A picture of the label on the device.
  • The public IP of the device (by going to a website such as while connected to any device in that network).
  • The email you think should be associated with the lost account.

Once we have these details we can look into the situation, requesting more information if needed, and help get your account back under your control.
